What we do, and what we do not

We provide the software: shop pages, checkout, order tracking and the back office.

Every sale is between the shop and the customer. We are not a party to it: we do not sell, deliver, or hold anyone's money, and we take no commission.

For sellers

You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions and photos, and for delivering what you sell or having it ready for pickup.

You hold any registration or permit your business needs, such as a commercial registration (for example Sijili in Bahrain) and, for food, the health or municipal approvals that apply where you are.

You handle refunds and complaints with your customers fairly and in line with consumer protection law.

You use your customers' details only to serve their orders, keep them safe, and delete them when asked where the law allows.

Shops are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may hide a product or shop that breaks these terms.

Not allowed

Alcohol, drugs, tobacco and vaping products, medicines or products with medical claims, weapons, counterfeit or copied brands, adult content, and anything that is illegal in the seller's country.

Misleading listings, fake reviews, and using Tajer Al Fareej to send spam.

For customers

Your order is with the shop. You pay the shop directly by the method it offers, and the shop confirms, delivers or prepares your order.

Questions about an order, refunds or delivery go to the shop. If a shop does not respond, tell us and we will look into it.

Plans and fees

The free plan is free and stays free. We never take a commission on orders.

The free plan includes up to 25 products, each with up to 3 photos and videos. Paid plans and services will be announced at least 30 days before any fee applies, and are optional.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos, videos and text. You allow us to show them on your shop, in the market, on your printed menu and in previews when your link is shared.

We may show your public shop as an example of Tajer Al Fareej. Ask us and we will stop.

The service

We work to keep Tajer Al Fareej running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from sales between shops and customers.

You can stop using Tajer Al Fareej and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. When they change, we update the date above and announce important changes in the back office first.
