Business record: proof of your business for financing

A PDF for Tamkeen, Monsha’at, Kafalah or a bank: months trading, orders and revenue by month, customers, ratings and checked licences, with a code they can check online.

  1. Open Settings, then Business record. Your figures for the last 12 months show at once.
  2. Tap Download a new record: the PDF downloads in your language, and the record gets a code.
  3. Give the PDF to the fund or the bank. They check it at the link printed on it (or Copy the check link).
  4. Download the same record again in English or Arabic from Records you issued.

What counts

Orders you took through Tajer Al Fareej that were delivered or paid, not cancelled. Licences show when the team has checked them and they have not expired.

How long it lasts

A record can be checked for 180 days. Its figures stay as they were on the day you issued it; issue a new one for newer figures (up to 5 a day).
