- Open Contact us (at the bottom of the home page, a shop page or any help article).
- Pick what it is about: selling, an order, Pro, something not working, partnership or something else.
- Write your name, your email and the message. A WhatsApp number is optional.
- Tap Send message. We answer at your email, usually within one working day.
About an order
Message the shop first: their WhatsApp is on your tracking page, and they handle changes, delivery and payment. Write to us if the shop does not answer.
