Questions for the customer: a message, a photo
Ask for a message on the cake, a name to embroider or a photo to print when a product is ordered.
- Open Products and edit the product.
- Under Questions for the customer, tap Add a text question or Ask for a photo.
- Write the question in each language, choose whether it is required and, for text, how many characters it takes. Save.
What customers see
The questions show on the product. Each answer stays with its own line in the bag, so two cakes with different messages are two lines.
On the order
You see the answers under the item on the order, and photos as pictures you can open. The WhatsApp message lists them too.
Who has it
Pro and Business shops. If you move back to Free, the questions you saved keep working, but you cannot change them.
