Tags, segments and birthdays
Label customers, see your VIPs, new customers and those who stopped ordering, and keep birthdays.
Tags
Open a customer and type a tag, like VIP, wholesale or office orders, then press Enter. A customer can have up to 10. Tap a tag above the list to see only those customers; tags also go in the CSV download.
Segments
Above the list: VIP (your top tenth by spending, with 2 orders or more), New (first order in the last 30 days), Stopped ordering (2 orders or more, then nothing for 60 days) and Birthdays (this month). The number on each shows how many customers are in it. They update by themselves as orders come in.
Birthdays
Open a customer and pick the month and day under Birthday. No year is kept. Ask your customer first; never guess.
Who has it
Notes are free. Tags, segments and birthdays come with Pro and Business.
