Delivery partners: book a local courier

Keep the couriers you use and book one from a delivery order in two taps.

  1. Open Settings, then Staff, and add your couriers under Delivery partners (name, WhatsApp, a note).
  2. On a delivery order, choose a courier under Book a courier.
  3. WhatsApp opens to them with the pickup, the drop-off, what to collect and a link where they mark the order delivered.
  4. Your customer's tracking page shows who is bringing the order.
