Import customers or products from a spreadsheet

Bring your customer list or your products from Excel or Google Sheets in one go, without doubles.

Save it as CSV

In Excel: File, Save As, CSV UTF-8. In Google Sheets: File, Download, CSV. Keep the column names in the first row. Not sure how to lay it out? Open the import and download the template.

Import

On Customers or Products, tap Import and choose the file. We match your columns by their names; change any that are wrong. Before anything is saved you see how many are new, how many you already have, and which rows are left out and why.

No doubles

Customers are matched by phone number and products by name. A customer you already have keeps your notes and gets new tags or a missing birthday; a product you already have gets the prices, stock and other columns from the file. Empty cells change nothing, so importing the same file twice is safe.

After a products import

New products have no photos yet: open each one to add them. Your plan's product limit still applies.

Who has it

Importing comes with Pro and Business. The file stays on your device; only the clean rows are sent.
