Still to collect is what customers owe today on orders that are not cancelled, split by how long ago they ordered. Waiting for you to confirm is money customers say they paid; check it and mark the order paid. Collected is what was marked paid in the period.

The oldest unpaid orders are listed first. Tap Remind to open WhatsApp with a polite reminder ready, or tap the order to mark it paid.
Busiest hours
The grid shows when orders come in, by weekday and hour of your day. Plan baking, stock and staff around the dark squares.
