Pause orders (holiday or sold out)

Stop new orders for a while; your shop stays visible.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Switch on Pause orders. It works right away.
3. Optional: tap Date and message to set an Until date and a message for customers, like Back on Sunday, thank you!
4. Switch it off when you are back.

What customers see

Your shop page stays up, showing that you are not taking orders, with your message. Checkout is turned off.

Tips

• Leave Until empty to stay paused until you switch it back.
