Wholesale price lists
On Business, keep your own prices for cafés, offices and resellers, with a minimum per product, and send each list as a private link.
- Go to Customers → Price lists and add a list, for example Cafés.
- Tap Set prices. Type a price for the products on the list, or tap −10% to fill them all, and a minimum if they must order at least so many. Leave a price empty to keep the usual one.
- Send the list on WhatsApp or copy its link. Whoever opens it sees your shop with these prices and a chip with the list's name; the browser keeps the list for their next visit.
- Their orders are charged the list prices. Switch a list off to stop its link; delete it when you no longer need it.
Tips
- Automatic offers do not take more off list prices.
- Orders already placed keep the prices they were placed at.
