Pre-orders, daily limits, selling hours, calories and allergens

Say how far ahead a product must be ordered, how many you make a day, when it sells, and what is in it.

  1. Open Products and edit the product.
  2. Under When it can be ordered, set the days of notice, the most you make a day, the hours it sells each day and the first and last day it sells.
  3. Under What is in it, add the calories and tick the allergens. Save.
  4. For the whole shop, open Settings, then Hours, and set the cut-off for tomorrow and the orders per time slot.

At checkout

Customers only see days and times that fit everything in their bag. A product made two days ahead cannot be ordered for today, and a full day or time slot does not show.

The cut-off

With a cut-off of 8 pm, an order for a product made a day ahead placed after 8 pm is for the day after tomorrow.

Who has it

Calories and allergens are free for every shop. Notice, daily limits, selling hours and dates, the cut-off and slot capacity come with Pro and Business.
