Add your BenefitPay QR
Upload a screenshot of your BenefitPay QR; customers scan it to pay you.
- In the BenefitPay app, open your own QR code and take a screenshot (or save the picture).
- Go to Settings, Payment methods and turn on BenefitPay.
- Under Your BenefitPay QR, tap Upload QR picture and pick the screenshot.
- Check the preview. Add your BenefitPay number or IBAN if you like, so customers can copy it.
- Tap Save changes.
What customers see
At checkout, on the order-placed screen and on the tracking page: your code with Pay {amount} to your shop, a Save QR button, and a reminder to type the amount themselves (the code does not carry the amount).
Privacy
The picture is read on your own device. We save only the code's text, never the screenshot.
Tips
- The whole code must be visible and sharp. No need to crop.
- Tap Use another picture to replace it, or Remove QR to take it off.
