My BenefitPay QR cannot be read
Use a clear screenshot of the QR from the BenefitPay app.
- Open your QR in BenefitPay and take a fresh screenshot, not a photo of the screen.
- Make sure the whole code is visible, not cut off or blurred.
- Upload it again in Settings, Payment methods.
- If it says the code does not look like a payment code, use the QR from BenefitPay, not from another app.
Tips
- Use a PNG or JPG. Very small pictures may not read.
