Bookings for services and classes
Let customers book a time for a salon visit, henna or a class, without double bookings.
- Open Products and edit the service. Under When it can be ordered, set the Service length in minutes.
- For a class, also set Seats per class. Leave it empty for one-to-one appointments.
- In Settings, then Hours, set how many appointments you take at once (your staff).
- Customers pick a free time at checkout. See the day in Orders, then Bookings.
No double bookings
A time that is taken does not show at checkout, and if two people pick the same time at once the second is asked to choose another.
A deposit to confirm
In Settings, then Hours, choose a deposit (20, 30, 50% or the whole amount). Customers see it in the bag and in their WhatsApp message, with the rest due on the day. When it arrives, tap Deposit received on the order.
