Delete your account
Remove your account and your data for good.
- Sellers: go to Settings. Customers: go to My orders.
- At the bottom, tap Delete my account.
- Tap Yes, delete everything to confirm.
Sellers
Closes your shop and deletes products, photos, videos, orders and customers. Your shop link stops working.
Customers
Deletes your account and saved details and removes your name from your order history. Shops keep their own record of orders you placed with them.
Tips
- This cannot be undone.
- A shop that has issued invoices must keep them for tax records: write to us and we close the shop with you.
