Issue an invoice
Create a numbered invoice from an order, ready to print or save as PDF.
- Open the order in Orders.
- Tap Issue invoice.
- Open it from Invoices and tap Print or save as PDF.
Rules
Invoices are numbered in order and cannot be edited after they are issued. Saudi sellers with a VAT number get the ZATCA QR code on the invoice.
Business customers
Add a customer's company name and VAT number in their panel (Customers). Their invoices are then full tax invoices with those details; other customers get a simplified tax invoice. An invoice keeps the details it was issued with.
Tips
- A shop that has issued invoices cannot delete its account by itself: write to us so tax records are kept properly.
