Delivery runs and "I'm in your area"
See a day's deliveries by area, in a sensible order, open the whole route on Google Maps, and tell past customers when you deliver near them.
- Open Orders → Delivery runs and pick the day.
- The deliveries are grouped by area (the delivery zone, else the area or block in the address) and numbered in the order to drive them. Tap Start from where I am for a better order.
- Start the route opens Google Maps with every stop. Send to the driver puts the stops, map links and what to collect in one WhatsApp message.
- Pro: tap I'm in your area on an area, set the time window, and write to your past customers there; they can order before you set off.
Map pins
Orders with a map pin from the customer are placed exactly. Orders without one go at the end of the run, searched on the map by their address.
Long runs
Google Maps takes ten stops a time, so a longer run opens in parts: Route part 1, part 2. Each part starts where the last one ended.
On your shop page
"Delivering to Saar tomorrow, 5–7 pm · order by 2 pm" shows at the top of your shop until the day passes. Remove it from Delivery runs at any time.
Fareej pool: neighbours pay less
When you tell an area you are coming, choose what neighbours pay for delivery on that run: half, free or another amount. The run shows on your shop with the price and how many neighbours joined; customers tap it, order for that day and pay the pool fee. The WhatsApp message links straight to the run.
