Send a WhatsApp message to a group of customers

Write one message for your VIPs, new customers, a tag or anyone on screen, and send it from your own WhatsApp, one tap each.

Pick who gets it

On Customers, narrow the list with a segment (VIP, New, Stopped ordering, Birthdays), a tag or a search. Then tap "WhatsApp these" above the list. Up to 500 customers in one message.

Write it

Write it in Arabic, English or both. Each customer gets the language they last ordered in, or the other one if you leave it empty. Type {name} for their first name and {shop} for your shop's name; the preview shows how it will read.

Send it

Tap Start sending, then Send next to each customer: WhatsApp opens with their message ready, you press Send there and come back for the next one. Nothing is sent without you, and it costs nothing.

Carry on later

Tajer remembers who already has it, on any device. Find the message under Past messages and go on from where you stopped. Messages are kept for 180 days.

Be kind to your customers

Message only people who expect to hear from you, and not too often: WhatsApp users can report numbers that send messages they did not want.
