Fareej passport: one loyalty card with your neighbours
Neighbouring home shops share one loyalty card: every delivered order at any of them is a stamp, and a full card gives store credit.
- Open Marketing, then Fareej passport, and tap Start a passport. Give it a name, the stamps on a card and the credit a full card gives.
- Send the invite link to the home shops around you on WhatsApp. They open it signed in to their shop and tap Join.
- Customers see Fareej passport on each member's shop page and their card on their tracking page.
- Every delivered order at a member shop is a stamp. A full card needs stamps from at least two of the shops, and gives store credit at the shop where it fills.
Who pays the credit
The shop whose order fills the card gives the credit, as store credit for its own shop. Over time it evens out between the shops, and each shop sees what it gave.
Leaving
Any shop can leave; the shop that started it can end it for everyone. Credit already given stays.
Who has it
Pro and Business, up to 8 shops of the same country, and up to 3 passports a shop.
