Your Google reviews in Tajer
Connect your Google Business Profile: read and answer your Google Maps reviews here, and show your Google stars on your shop.
- Open Customers, then Reviews, then On Google.
- Tap Connect Google Business Profile and sign in with the Google account that manages your business on Google Maps. Allow Tajer to manage your Business Profile.
- If that account has more than one place, pick the one for this shop.
- Your Google reviews come in. Tap Reply under one to answer it; the reply shows under the review on Google Maps.
On your shop page
Your shop shows your Google stars and how many reviews you have, with a link to your place on Google Maps. The reviews themselves stay on Google.
Get more reviews
Tap Copy your Google review link and send it to customers who loved their order: it opens the page where they write a review of your place.
Updates
New Google reviews come in once a day. Tap Update now to bring them in straight away.
Disconnect
Tap Disconnect Google. Your Google stars leave your shop page, the copies of your reviews are deleted here, and Tajer no longer has access to your Google account. Your reviews stay on Google.
Who has it
Free for every shop. You need a business on Google Maps (a Google Business Profile) to connect.
Order online on Google Maps
Once your place is connected, the card shows Add Order online (Book for services, Shop online for goods). It adds that button to your Google Maps listing, pointing at your shop page; Google can take a few hours to show it. Take the button off from the same card.
