Ratings and reviews
Verified buyers rate what they ordered; you reply; your shop’s rating shows in the market.
Who can rate
Only customers who ordered: once you mark an order delivered, its tracking link asks them to rate each item, 1 to 5 stars and a few words if they like. No account needed. They can change it for 30 days.
Where ratings show
A product shows its stars and reviews in its window on your shop. Your shop’s rating is the average of its product ratings; it shows on your shop and in the market once you have 3 ratings, and "New" before that. Reviews never show the customer’s name.
Reply
Open Customers, then Reviews. Filter the ones you have not answered or the low ones, and reply under a review; your reply shows under it on the product. You can change your reply.
Abuse
If a review is abusive or fake, tell us at the support email: the team can hide it, and a hidden review no longer counts.
Who has it
Ratings and reviews are free for every shop.
