Track your order

Your tracking link shows each step, from confirmed to delivered.

1. Open the tracking link from the order-placed screen or from the shop's WhatsApp message.
2. See the steps: Order placed, Confirmed by the shop, On the way or Ready for pickup, Delivered or Collected.
3. Tap Message the shop if you have a question.

Tips

• The page refreshes by itself every 30 seconds.
• Signed in? All your orders are in My orders.
