Holiday queues: limited places and a waiting line
For a season's product, set how many you can make. Customers take a place or wait in line; the line moves up by itself when someone gives up or does not order in time.
- Open Orders → Holiday queues and tap Open a queue: the product, the day it is ready, how many places, at most per person and how long someone has to order once they hold a place.
- Share the link on WhatsApp or Instagram. Your shop page also shows the queue with the places left.
- Customers write their name, WhatsApp and how many. Within the places they hold one and see Order now; beyond, they wait in line with their number.
- If someone gives up their place, you remove them, or a place is not ordered in time, the next people in line move up by themselves and get an email if they left one.
- Their order through your shop takes the place. For an order on WhatsApp, tap Ordered next to their name.
Good to know
A smaller ask can take places a bigger one cannot fit, and the bigger one keeps its turn. Everyone with an email is reminded the day before it is ready. +10 places moves the line up straight away.
