Repeat orders: weekly meals and monthly refills

Customers ask for the same order every week, two weeks or month; you confirm each round.

  1. Open Orders, then Repeat orders, and switch on Offer repeat orders.
  2. After ordering, customers see Repeat this order and choose every week, every 2 weeks or every month.
  3. When a round is due it shows under Due now. Tap Place this round: the order is placed at today's prices, then tap Send the order to tell the customer.
  4. Skip a round, pause or stop a repeat order any time. Customers can do the same from their link.

Nothing happens on its own

Each round waits for you, so you never get an order you cannot make. Stock, hours, daily limits and offers all apply when you place it.
