Quotes and deposits for catering and custom work
Customers ask for a quote, you answer with a price and a deposit, they accept and it becomes an order.
- Open Orders, then Quotes, and switch on Take quote requests. Your shop shows Ask for a quote.
- When a request comes in, tap Write a quote: add lines with prices, a delivery fee, a deposit and the day it is valid until, then Save quote.
- Tap Send on WhatsApp. The customer opens the link and taps Accept quote.
- The accepted quote becomes a confirmed order. When the deposit arrives, open the order and tap Deposit received.
Deposits
Customers pay the deposit the way you tell them, like any payment: Tajer never touches the money. What is left to collect leaves out the deposit you marked as received.
Changing or declining
You can change a quote until it is accepted. Decline with a reason, and the customer sees it on their page.
