Honesty box: sell from a fridge or shelf at your door
Customers take what they want, scan the QR, tap what they took and pay you on your own BenefitPay or bank, or leave cash. You see what was taken and what is left.
- Open Products, then Honesty box, and tick I have an honesty box. Say where it is.
- Put products in the box and type how many are in it.
- Print the QR poster and stick it on the box.
- Customers scan it, tap what they took and pay. Each take shows under Taken lately as a sale to check: open it and mark it paid when the money is in.
Restocking
When something in the box gets to 3 or fewer, the box page warns you, and your installed back office app gets a notification.
Your books
Each take is a counter sale, so your stock, reports and books include it.
