Sell at the counter (point of sale)

Ring up walk-in customers on a tablet, phone or computer: cash with change, card, or your wallet QR.

  1. Open Orders → Point of sale.
  2. Open a shift with the cash in the drawer.
  3. Tap products (or scan their barcode), then Pay: cash shows the change, card is for your own terminal, a wallet shows your QR with the amount.
  4. Print the receipt or send it on WhatsApp. At the end of the day, Close shift with the cash you count.

Where the sales go

Every sale is an order marked paid and delivered, so stock goes down, and Sales, reports, your books and invoices include it. It sends no order email or notification.

Barcodes

Give a product its barcode in the product editor, then any USB or Bluetooth scanner works on this page: scan and the product is added.

Mistakes

Void a sale right after it is made; its stock comes back and it leaves the totals.
