Bring back the jar: credit for returned jars and boxes

Give customers store credit for each jar, box or bottle they bring back, and show how many came back on your shop page.

  1. Open Marketing, then Jar returns, and choose what one returned jar is worth (or Just thanks).
  2. In each product that comes in a jar or box, tick Comes in a returnable jar or box (When it can be ordered).
  3. When someone brings jars back, find them on Jar returns, set how many, and tap Give credit.
  4. Tap Tell them to send the code on WhatsApp. The credit comes off their next order by itself.

What customers see

A green badge on your shop page with the number of jars back, and a Returnable note on those products with what they get for returning it.
