Live sale: viewers claim by number while you are live

Number the pieces you show on an Instagram or TikTok live; viewers claim them on your board, first come first served, and every claim is an order.

  1. Open Orders, then Live sale, and tap Start a live sale.
  2. Add the pieces from your products or by name, with a price and how many. Each gets a number.
  3. Tap Open the board, then copy the link or send it on WhatsApp, and pin it in your live.
  4. Say the number as you show each piece. Viewers tap it on the board and claim it.
  5. Claims appear under each piece with the order number. Tap one to open the order. End the live sale when you finish.

First come, first served

A piece belongs to whoever claims it first; nobody can take more than is left. A piece of one of your products also takes its stock.

Orders and payment

Every claim is a new order (or joins that person’s open order from the same live, so they pay once). The tracking page shows them your payment details. Cancelling an order puts the pieces back on the board.
