From local growers: cook with your neighbours’ harvest
Neighbours with a garden, palm trees or a farm share what they have too much of. Take it, and your dishes say where it came from.
- Open Fareej, then From local growers.
- Under Shared near you, pick a harvest and tap I’ll take it. The grower’s WhatsApp appears under You took.
- Tap WhatsApp to agree when to collect it, and what for: free, a swap or a small price.
- Under Made with it, tick the dishes you make with it. Your shop page then says “With lemons from Umm Ali’s garden in Saar · 1 km away”.
Where harvests come from
Anyone can list one at tajeralfareej.com/harvest without an account: what it is, how much, where it grew, their first name, area and WhatsApp. Tap Invite a grower to send them the link.
Privacy
Customers see the grower’s first name, the area and roughly how far it is. The grower’s number shows only to shops that take the harvest, and nobody sees where they live.
Limits
Your shop must be live to take one, ten a day. Up to ten dishes per harvest. The label stays on your dishes for about six weeks after the harvest ends.
Who has it
Every shop, on every plan. Tajer takes no part in the swap or any money.
