Office birthdays: a cake for every birthday at a company
Companies sign up once; their office manager keeps the team’s birthdays on a private link and a cake arrives for each one, ordered by itself. One summary a month.
- Open Customers, then Office birthdays, and tap Add a company.
- Fill in the company, the office manager’s name and WhatsApp, the office address, the cake, the time it arrives and how many days before to order it.
- Tap Send them their link: the office manager adds the team’s birthdays (day and month). You can add them under Team too.
- Each cake’s order appears in Orders by itself, a few days before, for delivery on the day (or the working day before a weekend).
- At the end of the month open Month summary and send it on WhatsApp: every cake, the total and what is still to pay.
Paying
The company pays you directly, by your usual payment methods. Mark each order paid as usual; the summary shows what is left.
Weekends
A birthday on the weekend gets its cake on the working day before (Friday and Saturday off in most of the Gulf, Saturday and Sunday in the UAE). Someone born on 29 February gets theirs on the 28th outside leap years.
