Performance badges

Earn Replies fast, On time and Star seller on your shop page from your last 90 days of orders. Free on every plan.

1. Go to Orders → Performance to see your numbers for the last 90 days.
2. Replies fast: half your orders accepted or declined within 20 minutes of coming in.
3. On time: at least 90% of orders with a ready-by time marked Ready or Delivered by then (10 minutes' grace). Set a prep time under Settings → Hours so orders get one.
4. Reliable: at most 5% of orders cancelled. With all three you are a Star seller. Each badge needs at least 10 orders to judge.

Tips

• Badges update every night and show as chips under your shop's name.
• Turn on notifications and the order screen so new orders never wait.
