Prep time, ready-by and the ready email
Set how long orders take: each order gets a ready-by time, and customers get an email when it is ready.
- Open Settings, then Hours, and set Prep time in minutes.
- Each new order gets a ready-by time: its scheduled time, or the time it came in plus the prep time (from when you accept it, if later).
- You see it on the order and the order screen turns a card red once it passes. Customers see it on their tracking page.
- When you mark an order ready, customers who gave an email get a ready email.
