Referral rewards
Customers invite friends with their own link; both get store credit after the friend’s first order.
Set it up
Open Marketing, then Referrals. Set the store credit for the customer who invites and, if you like, for the friend. Save, and it runs from now.
How customers invite
After ordering, a customer opens their tracking page and taps "Get my invite link", then shares it on WhatsApp. A friend who opens the link sees what they get.
When rewards come
When the friend’s first order at your shop is delivered, both get store credit with a code, made automatically. Only a first order counts, and nobody can invite themselves. Each one sees their credit on their tracking page.
Who has it
Referral rewards come with Pro and Business. Credit already given stays spendable if your plan changes.
