Table reservations and a waitlist

On Business, take table reservations for a party at a time and keep a waitlist at the door; call people on WhatsApp when their table is ready.

1. Go to Orders → Reservations. Switch on Take reservations and, or, Keep a waitlist.
2. Set the seats you have at a time and how long a table is kept (60 to 150 minutes). Times follow your opening hours.
3. Your shop page shows Book a table (or Join the waitlist). Customers choose how many people and a free time, or join the line, and get their own link.
4. On the waitlist tap Call to send "your table is ready" on WhatsApp, then Seated or Left. Reservations show by day with Seated, No-show and Cancel.

Tips

• A time is offered only while enough seats are free for that party for the whole table time.
• The page checks the waitlist every 30 seconds; customers see their place update too.
