Table QR codes and car pickup

Let customers order from their table, and tell you when they are outside to pick up.

  1. Open Orders, then Tables, and switch on Take orders from tables. Set how many tables you have.
  2. Tap Print and put each QR code on its table. Customers scan, order and the order shows Table 5.
  3. Switch on Car pickup. Pickup customers then see "I'm outside" on their tracking page and can describe their car.
  4. When they tap it you hear a chime and the order shows The customer is outside, with the car.

Food trucks: the car at checkout

If your shop moves around (a food truck), pickup customers can write their car and plate in the bag, on any plan. It shows on the order, the order screen and the kitchen ticket, so you know which car to walk it to. Shops with car pickup on get the same field.
