How orders reach you
Every order is saved in Orders, and customers send it to your WhatsApp.
In your back office
Each order appears in Orders with the items, total, delivery or pickup, address, time and payment method. The Orders tab shows how many new orders are waiting.
On WhatsApp
After placing an order, the customer taps Send order on WhatsApp, which opens a ready message to your number (or the branch's number). Customers who are signed in can skip that step: their order is already in your list.
Tips
- Check Orders even if WhatsApp is quiet: a guest may have placed the order without sending the message.
