Order statuses and the next step
New, Confirmed, Ready, Delivered: one button moves each order forward.
- New: tap Confirm order once you accept it.
- Confirmed: tap Out for delivery, or Ready for pickup.
- Ready: tap Mark delivered, or Mark collected.
Other changes
Open an order to pick any status from Order status, including Cancelled.
What the customer sees
Their tracking page and My orders update with each step: Order placed, Confirmed by the shop, On the way or Ready for pickup, then Delivered or Collected.
Tips
- Tell the customer right after changing the status: tap Send update on WhatsApp in the order.
- When you mark an unpaid order delivered, we ask Was it paid? so you can mark it paid in one tap.
