Cancel an order

Set the status to Cancelled and tell the customer.

1. Open the order.
2. Under Order status, choose Cancelled.
3. Tap Send update on WhatsApp to tell the customer.

Tips

• If the customer already paid, give the money back yourself and mark the order Refunded.
