Shop review and approval
Why we check new shops, and what each review status means.
Why we review
We check every new shop before it goes public, so the market stays real home businesses. We look at your shop name, products and business details.
Waiting for review
You published and we have not checked yet, usually within a day. Meanwhile only you can see your shop page.
Changes needed
We sent your shop back with a note, shown on Home. Fix what the note says, then tap Publish my shop again.
Suspended
Your shop is hidden and cannot take orders. Home shows the reason. Write to us to sort it out.
Tips
- Add your Instagram, area and a few words about your business in Settings, Contact and business. Only our team sees your commercial registration number.
