Back-in-stock alerts and bag reminders
Customers ask to hear when a sold-out product is back, and signed-in customers get one reminder about a bag they left.
Back in stock
When a product is sold out, its window on your shop offers "Notify me": the customer leaves an email. Products shows how many people are waiting beside the stock. When you put stock back, each of them gets one email with a link to the product.
Bags left behind
When a signed-in customer fills a bag at your shop and does not order, they get one email about a day later with what is in it and a link back. If they order, or empty the bag, no email is sent. Their bag also follows them to their other devices.
Who has it
Pro and Business shops. Emails go from Tajer Al Fareej, and replies come to your shop email.
A discount in the reminder
In Marketing → Offers, choose 5, 10, 15 or 20% under Bag reminder with a discount. Each reminder email then carries its own code (like BACK-7K2Q9M) for one order, valid 48 hours. Unused codes are cleared 30 days after they end.
