Street bake-off: a monthly contest in your area
Each month the home kitchens of an area put up one mini. People vote by ordering it, and the winner gets a badge on the shop page for a year.
- Make sure your area is set (Settings, Location) and your shop is live.
- Open Fareej, then Street bake-off.
- Choose your mini, a small and lower-priced piece of what you do best, and tap Enter.
- Tap Ask for votes to send the link on WhatsApp. Your shop page also shows a chip that opens the mini.
- When the month ends, places are given. Under Your places, tap Make the card to share it.
How votes count
Each different customer number that orders your mini that month is one vote. Ordering twice still counts once. Cancelled orders, counter sales and your own number do not count.
Places
An area needs at least three kitchens, and a kitchen at least three votes, for places. The winner’s badge shows on the shop page for a year. A tie goes to the kitchen that entered first.
Changing your mind
You can change the mini or leave until the month ends. Votes count orders of the mini that is entered.
Who has it
Every shop, on every plan. Anyone can see the board at tajeralfareej.com/bake-off.
