Your books: profit, cash and what customers owe

Tajer keeps your books from your orders, payments, refunds and expenses.

What is counted

An order counts as a sale once it is delivered or marked as paid. Marking it paid moves the money to cash (cash on delivery) or to bank and wallets (every other method). Refunds you record on returns and repairs, and your expenses, are counted too. Cancelled orders are taken out again.

What you see

Income, expenses and profit for the month, quarter or year, without VAT. Then where things stand: cash, bank and wallets, what customers still owe you, and the VAT to pay. Below are every account and the journal, entry by entry.

Corrections

Nothing in the books is ever changed or deleted. When an order changes later, a correction is added on the day it happens, so periods you already reported stay the same.
