Cool box at your door: pickups collected any time
Leave pickup orders in a cool box at your door. Customers choose it at checkout, and the code to open it shows on their tracking page once the order is in.
- Open Settings, then Ordering. With Pickup on, switch on Cool box at my door and say where the box is.
- At checkout, a customer who picks up can tick Collect from the cool box at the door.
- When the order is in the box, open it in Orders and tap It's in the box. Type the lock's code, or leave it empty for four random digits. The order becomes ready.
- Tap Send the code to WhatsApp it, with where the box is. Their tracking page shows the code too.
A new code
Tap New code to change it, for example if you moved the order to another box.
