Credit notes for refunds
When you refund an invoiced order, Tajer issues a credit note for it.
When one is issued
Record the refund when you finish a return or repair on an order that has an invoice. A numbered credit note for that amount is issued, linked to the invoice.
Where to find them
In Accounting, Credit notes, and at the bottom of the invoice they belong to. Open one to print it or save it as a PDF.
