Activity: who visits and what they look at

See signed-in visitors of your shop: how many times they came, the products they looked at and what they put in their bag, so you know what people want.

  1. Open Customers, then Activity.
  2. Each row is one person who opened your shop while signed in: their visits, how many products they looked at, and how many they put in their bag.
  3. Under each person you see the 3 products they cared about most. The eye counts looks; the bag counts adds to the bag.
  4. Tap a customer’s name to open their panel, with their orders, notes and what they looked at.
  5. Use the chips: Added to bag, no order shows people who were close to buying. A good moment for an offer or a fresh drop.

Who shows by name

Customers who have ordered from you show by their name. Anyone else is a visitor with a short code: you see what they like, never their name, email or phone.

What counts as a visit

Opening your shop after 30 minutes or more away. Looks and bag adds are counted every time. Guests who are not signed in are counted only in your Reports, without a name.

Who has it
