Running out? Remind customers at their own rhythm
See who is due to order again, worked out from how often each customer buys each product, and remind them on WhatsApp with a link that fills their bag.
- Open Customers, then Running out?.
- Each customer there has ordered the same thing at least 3 times. You see their usual gap, when they last ordered and whether they are due or late.
- Tap Remind on WhatsApp. The message is written for you with a link; send it from your WhatsApp.
- When they open the link, what they usually take is already in their bag. They check out as usual.
How the rhythm is worked out
From the days they ordered that product in the last year: the usual (middle) gap between orders. A customer shows a couple of days before their usual day, and stops showing after one more round without ordering.
