Digital products: sell recipes, patterns and guides

On Pro and Business, attach a file to a product. Customers buy it on your shop page and download it from their order page once you mark the order paid.

1. Make the product (its name, price and picture) and save it.
2. Open it again; under Digital file tap Add a file (PDF, ZIP, EPUB or a picture, up to 25 MB).
3. On your shop page the product shows Get it: the customer writes a name and WhatsApp number and picks one of your ways to pay first. No delivery and no opening hours apply.
4. The order comes in like any other. When the payment arrives, mark it paid: the customer’s order page then shows Download.

Tips

• Files are private: nobody can open one without a paid order, and each download link lasts 15 minutes.
• Cash is not offered for downloads, as nothing is handed over.
