Item swaps when something runs out
Something in an order ran out? Offer up to three other products, or taking it off; the customer chooses on their tracking page and the order changes by itself.
- Open the order. Under Ran out of something?, tap the item that ran out.
- Tick up to three products to offer instead, keep Or they can take it off the order if that is fine, and add a note if you like. Tap Offer.
- Tap Tell them to send the customer the link on WhatsApp.
- The customer picks on their tracking page. The line, its price and the order total change at once, and you see what they chose here.
Tips
- It works until the order is paid, delivered or invoiced; after that, message the customer.
- Withdraw an offer that is still waiting to change it.
