Pickup points: customers collect at a café or shop near you
A café or corner shop near you holds your orders, and your customers collect there when it suits them. Cafés and shops on Tajer can host pickups for the home businesses around them.
- Open Orders, then Pickup points. The cafés and shops near you that host pickups are listed nearest first.
- Tap Ask to be a pickup point and send a short message. They see it under Pickups at my place and accept.
- Customers who pick up now see Where to collect in the bag: at your place or at the café.
- Drop the order off and tap I dropped it off on the order. Their tracking page says it is waiting there, with the address and map.
- The café taps Handed over when they collect it, and the order is delivered.
Hosting pickups (cafés and shops)
Open Pickups at my place, switch on My shop is a pickup point and say your hours and where to ask. Accept the home businesses you are happy to hold orders for. Orders for collection shows what is on its way and what is waiting.
Fees
Anything you agree in return, like a small fee or the café selling your sweets, is between you. Tajer takes nothing.
